Benedict Steele works with organisations where technology delivery is stuck or slow, and helps them see what's actually causing it. That might be the teams, how the organisation is set up, or how decisions get made, or something else entirely. He then works inside the organisation to change it - through the work itself, not from a slide deck.

Benedict has led transformation as an executive and a consultant across startups, large charities, and regulated public-sector organisations. He co-founded and grew a digital consultancy, led a technology team delivering a product portfolio at Cancer Research UK, and has spent the last seven years as a senior leader consulting for government departments, financial services, and healthcare organisations. He now works directly with leadership teams, helping them redesign how their organisations deliver.

Matt Doherty is Head of Delivery Capability at The Pensions Regulator, where he works at organisational scale to improve flow, outcomes and safety in digital delivery.
He specialises in the intersection of team design and technical architecture, applying ideas from Team Topologies, Fast Flow and BVSSH to real, large‑scale organisations. Matt currently leads the design of TPR’s Service Delivery Model, focusing on empowered teams, financial ownership, and delivery coaching across a 200‑person DDaT function.
He is particularly recognised for creating psychologically safe environments that enable teams to learn, challenge and deliver sustainably in complex, regulated contexts.
