Our attendees’ health and safety is our priority as we monitor COVID-19 and look to local UK Government guidelines to make the best and most informed decisions around onsite safety and requirements.

For FastFlowConf, our current COVID-19 policy is as follows:

• we recommend but do not require event participants to wear masks

• we encourage attendees to take a lateral flow test before arriving at the conference venue, and not attend if they test positive or feel unwell

• we do not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry

In addition, employees from vendors working onsite (including but not limited to venue staff, catering, security, A/V, etc.) will not be required to wear masks, or to show proof of vaccination or a negative test. Event venues and vendors are no longer legally able to enforce mask wearing, testing, or vaccine requirements for their employees.

All current protocols are subject to change should there be a change in local UK Government guidelines. We will do everything we can to provide any updates as early as possible.
