This hands-on, 70-minute workshop is for engineering leaders, product managers and architects who want the speed without the chaos. David Anderson, author of The Value Flywheel Effect, applies Team Topologies (team types, interaction modes and cognitive load) to an operating model where agents do the undifferentiated heavy lifting and people keep the judgement. We'll explore where existing operating models break, and what it takes to make sure agents propose but never approve their own work.

You'll map the friction in your organisation, pick the bottleneck that matters most, and redesign it using the AI-DLC Operating Model Canvas, a repeatable method you can run with your own teams afterwards. The session ends with a clear view of what your leadership team needs to change first, and what your platform needs in order to support it.
